2. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

4. Local (Domestic) Shipping Local shipping applies to all orders delivered within Australia.

  • Flat rate: AUD $10.00 per order
  • Estimated transit time: 3 – 7 business days
  • Tracking information provided via email after dispatch
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
  • Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times

5. International Shipping International shipping is available to most countries worldwide.

  • Flat rate: USD $25.00 per order
  • Estimated transit time: 3 – 14 business days
  • Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped
  • Delivery times vary by destination country and customs processing
  • If your country is not supported at checkout, please contact us

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fee. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


7. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please retain all original packaging and photograph any damage, as this may be required during the claims process. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


9. Incorrect Shipping Address It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not liable for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address. Additional fees may apply for re-shipment in such cases.
